Refund policy

Returns

You are welcome to return your mat within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us (info@middle-earth.yoga) in the first instance so we can try to help you make your mat work for you. Return shipping will be at your own cost.

All items must be in re-sellable condition with all packaging intact. Due to the open cell structure of these mats we can only refund items which have not been handled, used or removed from their packaging. There may be a handling fee for returns with damaged packaging. If you return a used item we will unfortunately not be able to accept it and may get in touch to send it back again at your cost.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and insurance, the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. 

Returning due to a fault

If your mat has a flaw, we may be able to send you a pre-paid returns label, so please contact us before returning goods if you believe your item to be flawed. If this is the case, please send us photos and a description of the flaws before returning.

Any faulty goods will either be replaced or, if you prefer, you will receive a full refund, as well as a refund on your return postage costs (providing you meet our requirements). 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following the procedure above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Only items purchased directly from Middle-earth™ Yoga are covered by this policy, and proof of purchase will be required when processing returns.
